Welcome to Syrian American Pros Hub (saproshub.com) — a community directory for discovering and supporting Syrian American businesses across the United States. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the platform.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Your content

You own the reviews, photos, posts and other content you contribute. By posting it, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content on the platform — that license is what lets us show your review to other visitors. It ends for content you delete, except where the content has been reasonably preserved for moderation or legal reasons.

Only post content you have the right to share. Don't upload photos you don't own, and don't post other people's private information.

Review integrity

Reviews are the heart of this platform, and they only work if they are honest. Reviews must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience. You may not review a business you own or work for, trade reviews for payment or favors, post fake or copied reviews, or use reviews to threaten or extort a business. We may remove reviews that violate these rules and suspend accounts that post them.

Business listings

Anyone can suggest a listing; our team reviews submissions before they go live. Listings must describe real businesses, and details should be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Claiming a listing is reserved for the business's owner or an authorized representative — claiming one falsely is grounds for removal. We may edit, merge or remove listings to keep the directory accurate, and a listing's presence here is not an endorsement.

Acceptable use

Be respectful. You may not use the platform to harass, threaten or defame others; post hateful, obscene or illegal content; spam, scrape at scale, or send unsolicited promotions; impersonate any person or business; attempt to break, probe or overload the service; or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, decline submissions, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk. Where practical we'll explain the action, but we reserve the right to act without prior notice. You can report content using the report controls throughout the site.

The platform itself

The Syrian American Pros Hubname, design and software are ours; these terms don't give you rights to them beyond using the site. The platform links to and displays information from third parties (business websites, maps, social profiles) that we don't control and aren't responsible for.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is”. Directory information is community-contributed and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong — confirm important details (hours, prices, availability) with the business directly. Reviews are their authors' opinions, not ours. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform; our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

If your content or your breach of these terms causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages arising from that claim.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we make material changes to these terms we will update this page and its effective date; continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
